President Obama 2008?

A few years ago, I first saw Barak Obama as the new Illinois senator as he spoke at the Democratic National Convention. He was so well spoken, brilliant, clear, articulate and really pulled the auidence in. He told the story of his father moving from Kenya and his mother from Hawaii. It was a true American tale. From that moment, I said to watch this man as becomes President. Since that time, I’ve suscribed to his podcast and followed his career with sincere interest. Now, NPR reports that he is “testing the water” in New Hampshire.

Now, I thought that he would take a role in the 08 elections, but not as President. Not until he gets a bit more forgien policy experience…but, maybe! I know I’d vote for this man. Here’s the story from NPR.

Update: There’s another article about Barak’s bid for the presidency in 08′ by the BBC.
