So, I just got a reply from the American Airlines department that investigated my claim.
The man who refused to help me with a chair denies it, and claims that he never said anything to me. (then why did they give him 5 days off w/out pay?)
Basically, they won’t accept any responsibility for what happened to me, and have offered me $250 of flying vouchers for my trouble. (by the way, they offered us $400 each just for bumping us from GR originally, before we left)
